The Sheridan County Conservation District was awarded a $2500 grant from the Wyoming Community Foundation through the Sheridan-Johnson Community Foundation Endowment Fund. The grant will be used to assist with coordination and fees associated with the removal of drums, asbestos in storage areas, and other contamination and debris at the site. This initial reclamation work will be conducted by the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality Voluntary Remediation Program.
